Item is 100% complete and is in used condition. His black shoulder parts do not lock into place when combined to form Devastator. Most likely due to internal damage, but that was common for this figure when it first came out. Also it just means that Devastator’s feet will come together when the figure is lifted in the air. It will still stand firmly on solid ground. (See video) Nothing else is broken, it transforms well, the joints are tight and it comes from a smoke free pet free home.
